Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 April 2026

1) Who we are
The operator of the UnitStash application is Praxiom s. r. o.
Contact for privacy-related questions: info@praxiom.app

2) What UnitStash does
UnitStash is an application for recording prepaid electricity tokens and related data (for example meter profiles, top-ups, “current units” readings, depletion estimates, and reminders).

3) What data the application processes
The application processes data that you enter yourself, for example:
• meter name/label, meter number, notes,
• token codes, amount, kWh, purchase date, notes,
• “current units” readings and reading dates.

UnitStash does not require registration or a user account.

In addition to the data you enter into the application, the application also uses third-party technologies to analyze app usage and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. In this context, the following technical and analytical data may be processed in particular:
• basic events such as first app open / app install, repeated app opens, and app usage,
• technical information about the device and the application, such as device type, operating system version, app version, and device resolution,
• anonymized or pseudonymized device identifiers, such as the device advertising ID, if available and enabled on the device,
• approximate geographic data, such as country or region,
• information that the user came from an advertisement and performed a specific action, such as an install or app open.

In connection with this measurement, the application itself does not collect sensitive data, message content, or personal data such as name or email, unless the application itself specifically requires them.

4) Where the data is stored
The data you enter into the application is stored locally on your device (offline).

We do not operate our own server or cloud storage for storing these user records.

The limited technical and analytical data listed above may be sent to third parties for the purposes of analytics, conversion measurement, and evaluation of advertising campaigns.

5) Data sharing
• The application allows you to create a “due card” (image) and share it through the system sharing feature (for example via chat applications).
• If you choose to share content, further processing is governed by the rules of the application/service through which you share it.
• The application uses the services of Meta Platforms, Inc. through the Facebook SDK, which allow us to track conversions and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. In this context, the limited technical and analytical data described in this policy may be processed.

6) Notifications
UnitStash may display reminders (for example when the estimated credit is low). The logic for calculations and notification scheduling runs on the device.

7) Purchase of the Pro version
UnitStash may offer a one-time purchase of the Pro version via Google Play Billing. Payment data is processed by Google / Google Play. UnitStash does not receive your payment card details.

In connection with analytics and measurement, information that a purchase occurred in the application may be recorded, but not payment card data or full payment details.

8) Advertising and analytics
UnitStash does not contain advertising banners or ads displayed directly inside the application.

However, the application uses third-party technologies for analytics, app usage measurement, conversion tracking, and evaluation of advertising campaign effectiveness. This data is used to help us better assess whether advertising campaigns deliver real results and then set up and optimize them more effectively.

For this purpose, we mainly use the services of Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook SDK).

9) Your options and data deletion
• Data that you entered into the application can be deleted directly in the application (by deleting records/meters), or completely removed by uninstalling the application.
• Since user records are stored locally, they are deleted together with the application when it is uninstalled.
• Users can limit ad tracking and the use of the advertising ID in the settings of their Android device, typically in the Privacy → Ads section or a similar section depending on the system version and device manufacturer.
• To the extent that technical and analytical data is processed by third parties, such processing may also be governed by the policies of the relevant providers.

10) Security
Data entered into the application is stored locally on the device. We recommend using device security features (PIN/biometrics) to prevent unauthorized access to the data.

11) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is stated at the beginning of this page.
